• Not misuse or attempt to exploit the platform

4. Property Listings

Listings are sourced from third parties. PROPTYS does not guarantee accuracy, legality, pricing, or availability.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We are not responsible for gateway failures or banking delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

PROPTYS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from property transactions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Goa.
